- Chocolate bars
- Marshmallows
- Baking sheet
- Bamboo skewers
Directions
- Preheat your oven to broil.
- Unwrap the Sunbelt Bakery Oats & Honey Chewy Granola Bars and cut them into halves.
- Assemble your s’mores: place one half of the granola bar on a baking sheet, add a chocolate square on top and place a marshmallow on top.
- Broil until the marshmallows are browned (this only takes a minute or two, so keep a close eye on it)
- Place the other half of the granola bar on top. You can even double stack the broiled s’mores to make a tower of deliciousness.
- Insert a bamboo skewer through the stack to keep it all together.
- Repeat until you’ve filled the baking sheet with s’mores stacks.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for a few minutes, carefully watching as the chocolate melts and the marshmallows toast.
